We're eager to squeeze a little more fun out of summer, so we chose a Labor Day staycation at Kimpton's Lorien Hotel and Spa. We've stayed there before and love its classy rooms by designer Vicente Wolf, the yummy gourmet shop, and its location at the top of historic Old Town Alexandria.
We haven't been to their Brabo by Robert Wiedmaier restaurant yet and look forward using the $25 credit that was included with the Summer Playground package on some tasty Belgian fare. Anyone headed out of town this weekend?
