1 oz of pear vodka
5 oz of Galliano
freshly squeezed lemon juice
dash of simple syrup.
Garnish with fresh lemon zest.
Gently stirred and served on the rocks in fine china
“FESTIVAL BUZZ” RECIPE
1 oz White Peach Puree
¼ oz Royal York hotel honey
4 oz Moet Champagne
